Do not provide him with any personal information, this is an impostor and we are aware of his activities. They call, and it is an automated caller saying that if the person (who is no one I know, and can only assume had this number before I got it) is available to call a number. THIS IS NOT VERIZON!!! This is something else. If you have Verizon, you can call and have them block the number from calling you. But, be warned that this is not the only number the "communications" company calls from, and you may be needing to block more than one. My advice, after the 3rd number is blocked, call the number in the message, and have them remove you. Calling Verizon is easier though, so that is why I would block the 1st 3 numbers...

When man called he left a message and said it was regarding my daughter, so when I called it back I asked what company it was and the lady was very rude and would not give no information. Is this legal?

I keep getting annoying calls from this number, where I hear silence for about 10 seconds, then it hangs up. I called back, and it is clearly some kind of telemarketing company. They give you the option of getting off their list...but thats it.
